Hi I'm 31 montgs of my sx are still terrible.   Massive dpdr I cznt feel my hesd I have no feelings is this normal

 When you say you can't feel your head are you being literal, as in no sensation? Have you had any tests done to rule out any other potential health issues?

If physical health issues have been ruled out it is very possible that you are suffering from protracted withdrawal symptoms. Dp/Dr are common symptoms during recovery.
