How can I work with No Sleep ?

I quit benzodiazepines 2 months ago. I cannot sleep at all again tonight. How can I return to work when I cannot trust my body to sleep?

idk but just fyi, I'm going through the same. But I'm not off yet. I'm on a low amount, tapering.

If you can't work then mabey look into getting disability benefits. I'm from the uk and there is financial support available to people who can't work. I'm not sure what country your in but you should investigate what financial support you could claim. A lot of people struggle with working through this especially during the early months. You are not alone.
