Burning skin

Anybody get burning skin, arms and upper torso , and if so are you able to do anything to make it less.

Yes, I get this. It feels like my arms are on fire. I put shirts in the freezer or outside, then wear them. If it's really cold outside, I'll set a big blanket outside for a bit then wrap myself in it.

I even do the freezer shirt trick at work.

Yah I get it. Usually it builds and then I break out in a sweat. Then I cool down and it starts all over. I have at times taken a small dose of gabapentin and it almost always works to lighten it a lot.

Yes, struggling with this. Pretty sure it’s histamine. Dry brushing before showering sometimes helps me. That and I’m on antihistamines but they barely help this symptom. Next I would try adding foods that are antihistamines.
