Thanks for any replies Yes, I get this. It feels like my arms are on fire. I put shirts in the freezer or outside, then wear them. If it's really cold outside, I'll set a big blanket outside for a bit then wrap myself in it. I even do the freezer shirt trick at work. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
[Ho...] Posted May 7 Share Posted May 7 Yah I get it. Usually it builds and then I break out in a sweat. Then I cool down and it starts all over. [He...] Posted May 7 Share Posted May 7 Yes, struggling with this. Pretty sure it’s histamine. Dry brushing before showering sometimes helps me.
