my new taper plan after 7 weeks of use

Hi! i’m posting again on here because i have a new taper schedule , i was on librium 25mg for 7 weeks which is the equivalent of 10mg valium, i moved down to 20mg ( 8mg valium)  almost a week then 15mg (6mg valium) for almost a week, as i was going down to 10mg ( 4mg valium) i was having some panic attacks and headaches, i kept going back and forth between 10mg and 15, im going back onto 15mg for the next 3 days then going back down to 10mg for a full week, then 5mg for a full week and 2.5mg for a full week. my new doctor agreed with this taper but what do you guys think? thank you!

Ashton holds were for 1-2 weeks, so if you have trouble, you might hold for 14 days...
