I was watching C-Span this morning. Should we legalize MJ?

My favorite show is Washington Journal. The topic being discussed this morning was marijuana. I hear the DEA is thinking about changing the drug classification from 1 to 3.  If they do this, it would make it legal and easier for licensed medical prescribers to Rx. Benzos are classified a 4 for example. Do you agree or disagree with a classification change? Hell, I think benzos should be upgraded from 4 to 3. LOL

The callers who called in to express their opinions were about 50/50. 50% were for and the others were against, saying MJ is a gateway drug that will lead to harder, more addictive drugs.

How do you feel about MJ legalization? Personally, I think it should be legalized. Tobacco and alcohol cause far more damage to ppl and those things are legal.
