Tapering help

did taper off diazepam in February but did it too quick & had bad withdrawal symptoms . But I got through it!! 

 The reason I wrote to you is for safe guidance as I’ve unfortunately had to go back on them for severe back spasms. This is what I’m on currently. - bearing in mind there was NONE taken for over 8 weeks. 25TH April - whole left side bad muscle spasms . Started off just aching all morning then changed to bad spasms around 2pm ( paracetamol/Celecoxib didn’t work ) 2x2mg @ 5.20pm 2x2mg @ 9pm 1x2mg @ 10pm 

 26TH April :Ambulance came at approx 12. Said out of date meds. Take another dose . So .. 26TH 2x2mg @ 1.05am Spoke to Dr Lee on phone He said take 2x2mg 3 times day for 3 days- never been so bad Then reduce ( hopefully spasms will have stopped) Then reduce - slowly this time. 26TH cont’d 2x2mg & 9.30am 2x2mg @ 4.25pm - still spasming! 2x2mg @ 10pm 27TH 2x2mg @ 9.40am spasms really bad 2x2mg @ 4.30pm in hospital A&E 2x2mg @ 10.30pm 

 28TH 2x2mg @ 8am 2x2mg @ 4.30pm 2x2mg @ 10.20 spasms returned with vengeance at 6pm 

 29TH trying tapering today 3mg & 8am (1 1/2 tablets) 5mg @ 3pm as per Dr Lee 1/2 baclofen 5mg diazepam @ 20.30 plus 1/2 baclofen 

 30TH 5mg @ 8am plus 1/2 baclofen 5mg @ 3.30 plus 1/2 baclofen 5mg & 10.30 plus 1/2 baclofen Note: spasms worse sitting up 1ST MAY 5mg @ 10.45 plus 1/2 baclofen 1/2 baclofen @ 12.25 

Dr Lee said increase baclofen to 10mg 3 times a day as spasms still bad 

Have been doing this regime until yesterday  3RD MAY

Today 4TH MAY I have taken just 4.5mg diazepam plus 10mg baclofen. 

Perhaps you can give me guidance now you have this current information - not February as there was 8 weeks WITHOUT any diazepam at all

 

In February I was only taking 2mg diazepam 3 times a day for 4 days then 1 2mg for 3 days. 

 

I’d just be grateful if you could get me off this as fe really doped up and unsteady on feet.
