Can someone please tell me how I figure out what MG I am currently at?
pill weighs 0.171g (0.5mg)

Am dose weighs 0.055g

afternoon is 0.055

and PM dose weighs 0.025

total daily dose weighs 0.135g

what is that in mgs?

ALSO

What is the formula for reducing?! Like if I want to reduce my morning dose ONLY from 0.055g to 0.045g what is the formula to figure out how much of a reduction that is please?!!

Here’s a link to an online calculator you can use.  It also shows the formula used and gives worked examples.

Percentage Change Calculator

For example, if you reduce your total daily dose from 0.135g to 0.125g pill weight, that would be a 7.4% reduction in dose.

Total mg of current dose is .135/.171 (0.5 mg) = .395mg

If you reduce your morning dose from .055 to .045, you’ve reduced your dose by .01 g pill weight.  That is a reduction of .01/.171 times .5 = .029.  So .4 - .029 would be your new dose which would be .371.

To calculate your mg dosage, you can use the following formulas:

For the 0.055 gram dose: 0.5/0.171 = ×/0.055, × = 0.1608 mg

For the 0.025 gram dose: 0.5/0.171 = ×/0.025, × = 0.0731 mg

Hope this is helpful!
