How to best dose liquid Ativan under 1mg?

For those of you on liquid Ativan at a low dose, how do you best spread your doses out throughout the day to be functional?

Bump.  I’m really struggling to do this and afraid to switch to Valium.  I’ve cut to approx .68mg/day and can barely function.  Trying to do 3x .11mL doses every 6-8 hours and can’t get any sense of stability at all.  Constantly dizzy, slowed cognitive function, spaciness, gastro / acid issues getting worse, swollen glands, shaky, fatigued, pounding heart on and off, inability to breathe, etc. Can anyone advise?  Has anyone successfully tapered Ativan after only several months of daily use never going above 1.5mg/day?  I feel like I have untreatable BIND and can’t get a grip on this tapering. 😭
