Minimal Side Effects?

Has anyone had experience tapering/discontinuing longterm (years) use of benzos with minimal side effects? This may be the wrong place to ask, as I know this forum is generally for those struggling. I’m scared.

My first wd 7-8 years ago was over in 6 weeks. But i was only on it for a couple of months that time.

I also had past withdrawl experience which was pretty intense but short lived. There are plenty of people on here who have vast knowledge of tapering stratagies so you are in the right place! I advise you to research the site and dont be scared to direct message people who have this knowledge and experience.

Approximately 85%, in my understanding , and the vast majority easily just walk off.

There’s plenty of people who have easy uneventful tapers with minimal discomfort and are fully back to normal shortly after they are off the meds.
