Please try to do not scare yourself with benzo withdrawal stories... we tend to post a lot when things get bad but there is a silver lining to all of this and there are tolerable moments to keep you pushing through!!!! I survived multiple brutal withdrawals and it all seem to be distant memory... On the other hand I am going to very stressful Cancer tests and examination and I am loosing my sanity reading chemo and radiation stories that Cancer survivors like you went through!!!
