skin sensory issues

I wonder if this is common among people having sciatica during withdrawals. I feel a tingling sensation in my feet, but it spread to both legs after sleeping with leggings that feel coarse in a fabric. I changed it to cotton-made ones that are my staple, but it has not subsided yet, and I still feel the fabric in my skin. I read somewhere that sciatica nerves have skin sensors, so when they are disturbed, they can cause skin issues like numbness, burning, freezing, etc, which I often read here and there, but how about the issue of touchiness to the skin? I worry if it does stop. I also feel like I have bumps in the bottoms of my feet after walking rough roads, and this has been lasting along with pain for several days now. It is like my skins memorize anything unusual and take them emergent.
