Wondering about Xanax/Klonopin Withdrawals

Recommended Posts

Just wondering-is it possible that since I took Xanax for about 3 years and then was rapidly switched to Klonopin after the xanax rebound, that I will experience withdrawals from both benzos--several months after being benzo-free? Maybe this is a crazy question, but I am concerned. T2

Teacher2, have you looked at the benzo converter?

Xanax and Klonopin have the same potency, with Klonopin having a much longer half-life than Xanax. I'm pretty new to this too, and I can't find the info at the moment, but I read that Klonopin might be a better alternative than Valium for a cross-over because it is most like Xanax. I'm sure there will be others along shortly to answer your question.  ;) See you at insomniac pop quiz.
