Agony at 7 years!!!! Surge before healing??

Well this horrific wave continues, I have breaks and feel normal for hours if I'm lucky but then it comes back. this morning I woke up with a horrific wave of terror and horror, completely overwhelming. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING TO ME AT THIS TIMEFRAME!   Baylissa continues to reassure me..... It almost seems that when I feel better, the wave comes back even harder. I am having sxs I have never had before and extremely rapid cycling, both of which I'm being told are good signs.  It is very hard to keep going through this.... Any and all support is appreciated.

What vitamins do you take ? And do your symptoms get worse after being outside in heat or after eating carbs or sugar ?
