Hi! Are there any reliable resources I can send to a family member who thinks their wife might be having issues from meds she took/quit? I am not sure what drugs, many psych meds probably, so something general would be best, possibly by some medical people or someone trustworthy. Maybe some specific articles, videos? I have already sent them dr. Josef’s channel but maybe something else?

You might want to direct your family member to Jennifer Swantkowski’s YouTube channel and/or website. 

Jennifer has 28 years of clinical experience in the mental health field as well as personal experience with benzodiazepine withdrawal.  She has recently reopened her practice and is offering psychoeducational support to family members.  Here is one of her recent videos (actually an audio clip):
