[ro...] Posted January 4 Share Posted January 4 IM so full of fear. My husband died a few months ago. We were alwise together for 43 years. Iv been trying to taper but its been hard, the withdraws. I had him to talk to about everything until he got so sick. I dont know how to be alone and the taper i think is making the fear worse. Is it common to feel this way and will it get better.
