Does anyone else notice that about the same time every night the anxiety heightens? The clammy sweaty feeling hits? The tingling starts?

Been off 6.5 years. Had surgery and a bad reaction to anesthesia, pain meds, Oxy. Went into extreme anxiety the night after stopping meds. Now it is right back in hell all over again. Tried some small dose's of K, no good. Got a paradoxical reaction. Night time is horrible.

Hmmm, mild aerobic exercise is my main anti-anxiety coping tool. Once off benzos, you have to find other natural ways to deal with anxiety. This is a lot easier said than done I know.
