Guys, who has encountered such a symptom as orthostatic hypotension? When I get up, my blood pressure drops and my pulse quickens. Is withdrawal syndrome capable of this

I'd expect the unexpected.  While not common, it is very possible.  I know tachycardia is a somewhat common symptom.

@[Ke...], it might be. Anyway, the withdrawal adds up to all our health issues.

I wouldn't worry too much. Just get up a bit more slowly. And i'd check on the level of hemoglobin in your blood.
