feel like on going crazy

its been 2 months since i used 9 nights of ambien the last night i used it i knew something was wrong i took a testosterone shot thinking it was maybe it then hell broke a loose..i been trough benzo withdraw 10 years ago this is exactly what i went trough ..i hope dont have brain damage..i am very worried i have terrible anxity, dp,akathisia, mucle twinches, muscle cramps..i been taking remeron for i think 9 years i hope its not coming from that..this didnt start until i took ambien..
