Water vs Milk?

Ive never really drank milk or even liked the taste of milk....Is there a difference of using milk or water?? juss want to know the pros vs cons? As i would rather use water to be honest...Thank you

Using water or milk is entirely up to you, some like to use water because they can see the particles and feel more secure that it's properly agitated.  Others like milk because they know the particles cling to the fat and are held in the suspension better.  Some people use baby food, or applesauce, coconut milk, or juice.
