Derealization nausea 7 months

Having a very hard time this is 7 months I feel like I’m not having any windows hair is aweful thin and texture is aweful nausea and face is broke out also still feel like all this is not real at the same time  i m not hungry nothing tastes normal and I went into the store to find out I was just so confused not a good thing to do please anyone else need a friend alone thru this all
