I am 9mths on my healing journey. I had a long window until 3mths ago. I have severe digestive issues. My lungs feel like a metal cage and my belly seems to be permanently bloated. I have pelvic and anal pain every other day.

I am really in a dark place. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
