I have not arrived anywhere by any means, but I do have a little success to share and here it is:  Thursday, I barely made it through our "dog" walk in the AM and had to go to bed 4 times just to get through the day.  Yesterday (Friday), I was able to do the dog walk and go grocery shopping right afterwards. I also was able to go for two more short walks during the day by myself.  I used to only be able to walk with hiking poles. Now, I can do it with just a cane.  Also, during the day, I only went back to bed twice. How about that!!
