Windows and Waves

I seem to be having partial windows during the day when I am out. Still have severe dp/dr but able to walk and be in the car. But as soon as I enter my house the wave comes on. Is this windows and waves?

I have something similar and I have read about a very similar situation already. I am having the same when I go out, I feel really good - as long as I don't have to interact with anyone, because I can't. This feeling wears off very fast as I enter my home, and I become frustrated and agitated.
