On top of all my dystonia sxs 

I have also frozen bones and nerves. It is awful pain too. As if I am stuck in the fridge . No heat helps. It’s coming from inside 

 

I have adverse to benzo I wonder if this is a toxic encephalopathy symptom or just withdrawal
