Bedbound

Hi I am bedbound at the moment. Dizzy and headache.

I am able to sleep a bit.

Any bursts of energy I used to go to the bathroom and get something to eat. I am winded and exhausted.

Other than that I cannot move.

I am lying here and go into hard pulse. Sort of panic attack but not full-blown yet. Has anybody else experienced it this bad.

I was bed bound for a while. It will get better. Hang in there
