'Sticky Joints'

Does anyone else have what feels like joints sticking together?  They click and crack and stick everywhere and feel awfully stiff. Ty

No Dancing, I have not had that problem, but it sounds uncomfortable. I wonder if the fluid that cushions your bones may be causing this. Leaving a link I found on Dr. Google..maybe it will help. Stay Strong. 💖Peace and Healing.
