Glutamate toxicity?

Does benzo wd cause glutamate toxicity? I should not have googled this. That was a bad idea. Can someone explain the science to me behind this.

im fine. But I can’t tolerate coffee still and I have pulsatile tinnitus, and I’m starting to get a little grumpy. Also whenever I get stressed I get brain fog. Otherwise totally fine. But annoyed. And wanting answers
