Does benzo wd cause glutamate toxicity? I should not have googled this. That was a bad idea. Can someone explain the science to me behind this.

im fine. But I can’t tolerate coffee still and I have pulsatile tinnitus, and I’m starting to get a little grumpy. Also whenever I get stressed I get brain fog. Otherwise totally fine. But annoyed. And wanting answers

How long were you on Benzo if don't mind me asking ?. I'm not sure If I've read your story. Can you send me the link.
