Tight feeling

Hi guys I have bad neuropathic symptoms especially in my legs but this is a weird one. Does anyone else feel like there are tight rubber bands around their calves and feet?  It's so uncomfortable. Ry

Absolutely I do! Are your legs stiff? This isn't unusual at all.

I see at least 60 per cent of people here have or had this symptom.

It's the nervous system. 

In the past hot Epsom salt baths have helped me get some relief.

If you drink caffeine might want to try cutting back..also choc and sugar can make it a little worse.

Yes very stiff!  Thanks so much for the reply. It's all so terrifying. I'll try the Epsom salts 🙏
