Nerve pain hitting all at once..Ambien

From night to day I started getting nerve pain all through my body. Head, arms, legs, back and it feels like someone is sticking me all over with something sharp. Anyone else experience this 1 month off from the Z drug ambien? I know it's very similar to benzos.

Yes I have this too. Admittedly it’s worse it my legs. Like constant non stop in my legs. If it’s off the charts bad I jump in an ice cold bath. Seems to somehow calm the nerves down. It’s very common but so hard to deal with.

similar but more of a radiating nerve pain in my joints abs muscles. like i was on.fire with an electrical pain. im sorry
