Someone recommended this video...9 day detox

I watched it and was amazed at how similar my nightmare experience was to Dan Landauer's. He mentions a benzo withdrawal coaching service in the video.

I checked out his site and I signed up for a free 30 minute call with him and we spoke this morning. It was an amazing thing for me to,  even briefly,  share my experience first hand with someone else who had gone through similar. 

I don't know if I'll try get his coaching help,  but besides this forum, I have felt [and am] completely isolated and facing this all alone. It helped me get a little more grounded.

We all feel lonely going trough this experience, its almost impossible to explaining how bad you are feeling to someone that hasn't experience this. What has helped me is lookin at other celebrities that have gone trough this experience and have beat it; Eddie Van Halen, Stevie Nicks, Johnathan Davis, Jordan Peterson who is an advocate against Benzos.

I've also read some pretty awful stories and if those people managed to beat withdrawal in situations that seamed impossible, then I I'm confident you can too.
