Which is the best documentary / film / book / podcast / audiobook that gave you a better understanding of benzo addiction / withdrawal symptoms / effects in has on your quality of life etc.

 

For me, it was the Take Your Pills documentary, Ashton Manual, Benzo Stories on YouTube and another paid documentary on Vimeo which I forgot the name of and Benzodiazepines Medical Disaster documentary.
