In regards to W/D, are fear and anxiety interchangeable when describing, or are there differences?  Does OCD make both these worse?  Nothing seems to get better at anytime.

Are you completely off of Benzos? If so, for how long?  Healing and recovery can take quite some time for noticeable improvement.  Recovery is very non-linear, very UP and down.  It seems like 1 step forward then 3 steps back, but eventually it evens out.  It's a real "roller coaster" ride for most.  I thought I'd never heal and I've been completely healed for about 5 years now.  Anxiety and fear are somewhat interchangeable, but that doesn't really matter.  Just do your best to get through each minute, hour and day.  Eventually these symptoms fade and end for good.
