Left arm and chest stiff, metal feeling , not connected to it

I have these sensations that last for days

 

My left head is stiff, side ear and jaws

Neck

My left arm

My left back muscles they turn into stone.

I am constantly contracting everything in the Body.

Never relaxed muscles just contractions 24.7

 

Also I feel like lost connection to my left body.

 

I lost sensation in my whole upper body cannot feel any senses

I feel like a robot non responding just iron muscles contracting
