The only one that comes to mind that might have done it for a while is TheSunAlsoRises as he arranges things for his wife that is tapering. I don't know if she knows alm the time the dose she takes. They tried different things.

Right. That is the way to go IMO. Then have someone track your sxs. Takes the "anxiety" out of the equation.

I like the control. If I would let my mom do it she would cut me too fast. Like this cut. I was fine all week with my horrid baseline. But day 9 & 10 the extreme burning is back. She would want we to cut in 4 days. I think I will choose to wait another week.

I have a benzo-wise provider and team. I would rather not know what the cuts are because with every small cut I seem to have a reaction to it.
