Omg this I so scary why doesvthis dpdr and my head never get better. This is a hard sx to manage.  Will o br ok. I csn barelynto a thing. I'm at 19 mos. Is this normal. I eat healthy

DPDR is a very hard symptom to cope with.  Recovery takes more time for some than for others.  We don't really know why.  But it's important to hold onto the thought that even when it feels like there's no healing happening, it's taking place behind the scenes.  You will get there.

Its terrible but it goes away. Try to get used to it.
