In the middle of tapering off Diazepam

Long time benzo user, started taper looking for support and information from others on this journey or those who have become benzo free.  I had been on Clonazepam for 16 years, started at 1mg reduced to .25mg over time.  I switched to Diazepam in November 2022 to 5mg/day. I am currently at 2mg/day and having withdrawal issues.  I was reducing 1mg a month, had to pause last month due to WD symptoms.
