Been falling asleep on my own . wake up several times but go back to sleep  then 4:00 wake up then take valium 2 mg. does not put me back to sleep  was going to try and take ambien instead of the valium.  or maybe take 1mg of valium and 5mg of ambien so i can fall back to sleep.

need sleep  thanks
