Is tapering off 200mg of pregabalin and 7.5mg of Valium in 8 months doable?

It seems that being on diazepam and pregabalin, even tapering, hinders the recovery of adrenal fatigue.

 

Given that, I am considering a quick taper. I think I am suffering much more now than I was in my first attempt.

 

Any success stories with quick tapers?

 

Can tapering in such speed cause brain damage?
