4 months off

4 months off yesterday!

 

The farther away, the better we get.  My sleep is coming back, but far from perfect.  Last night I woke up in the middle of the night and was so hot that I had to kick the covers off.  I have 1 occasional wake up each night.  I still don't sleep in the same bed as my hubby.  We tried once a couple weeks ago...that didn't work out.  I hope one day we will be able to again

Hope is good, but I am almost positive that you and your hubby will be able to share a bed once again.  Of course if he is a heavy snorer or shuffles around a lot no amount of benzo recovery is going to change that
