Xanax | At how many mg should I make the jump?

This is my timeline

 

• 1/7/2022 0.5m

• 3/9/2022 0.25mg

• 19/2/2023 3/4 0.25mg

• 25/3/2023 1/2 0.25mg

 

How should I continue from now?

 

I guess 1/2 0.25 for a month and then what?

 

Go to 1/4 0.25 for an extra month and then jump?

 

What the best lowest mg I should jump from?

How have you been feeling, are your symptoms manageable?  Some members have had to slow down when they get to the lower doses, do you feel your month long holds are working for you?  Some members will jump from the drug at around .05 but some will go down to zero.  I'd let my symptoms guide the rest of the taper.

I'm not sure dude 66, but since lorazepam is about half as potent as clonazepam, I'm thinking .1 might be acceptable but I'd ask the folks on the Ativan support thread.
