Positive Coping Statements......

I was in treatment last year for anxiety (not realizing it was the benzo) and positive coping statements everyday were required....I recently pulled out old notes and realized that they did help.....When you felt that you just couldn't go on what would you say to yourself?

 

One of my best is : "It's not what happens to you in life - it's how you react to it"

 

Please add more....Haven't felt great and they really help...
