Next Cut / Switch from 3x day to 2x Advice

Hi,

 

Planning my next cut...  I'd like to be able to go from 3x a day to 2x a day.  The less to have to deal with dosing I think would be better for me mentally.  Since there is a long half life I'm thinking this should be relatively easy? 

 

I'm thinking of taking the next cut from the midday dose.  And gradually move the timing of the AM and PM doses closer to 8AM and 8PM (12 hours) as I get closer to zero on the midday dose.

That sounds like a plan and I’m glad you said “gradually” because thats important although I’m not sure I’d use the word easy since nothing about this process is easy but it’s definitely doable.    You should design your dosing and your taper to suit your needs.
