I've started another thread....

As above I have had no choice but to STOP my tapering. This suffering of W/d is too painful.

If I did'nt have Muyoclonic Jerks it would'nt be so bad.....also this travelling pain......

If this is what you need to do then we support you Tess.  We're not here to force anyone to taper from benzodiazepines, we're here to support those who wish to withdraw.  I hope this helps you to feel better.
