Feeling Better!

Hi,

It's been 63 days since I cold turkey-ed temazepam after taking 7.5 mg nightly for about 7 years. I don't recommend that. I was unaware and misinformed.  Actually stopped Feb. 15 and got pretty sick. Took 1 once a week for 6 weeks till I figured out what was wrong. Thanks to you guys I know that it is possible to get through this one day at a time.
