Need Help With Klonopin To Valium Crossover Spreadsheet

I fought my way out of homelessness fortunately. My doctor recognizes that I've hit tolerance on my 3 mg of Klonopin and since I'm not getting any benefits anymore, I need to taper but I am also severely kindled. They are willing to use the Ashton method. 3 mg of Klonopin is 60 mg of Valium, correct? Can someone help me make a slow taper spreadsheet?

Given you've kindled, you might want to go slower than she recommends, let your symptoms guide you.

PLEASE just make sure your doctor understands how to do this cross over. You should start at a Valium equivalent of 60mg combined Valium and K but once you're fully crossed over your final dose should be 30mg Valium only - see Stage 8. Lately we've seen an increase in doctor's not understanding this and crossing people over to double the dose Valium.
