i am not endorsing a product but i bought over the internet  three Cd's called equisinc which is CD that have things like waterfalls and so forth but have special frequencies and  special drum beats you can hardly hear that apparently mix in with your brain waves bringing relaxing  revitalising, and so forth  they do have a website which is American and it ain't that expensive and i have found it amazing.... I don't know the mechanics of how it works but you put on Head phones as you go to bed and go into this meditation trance sort of that is totally safe and it is all scientific..I just thought i would pass it on and i definitely don't work for them...For the with drawls i have gone through if some one mentioned chew off your arm and you ll feel better i probably would have, but this is a little less painfull
