i have back pain and had it before benzos, but it is really sore.  Does wd make pain worse.

It seems to make everything worse so it may affect your back pain too.  But if you are concerned, you might be wise to consult your doctor with regards to pre-existing conditions.

Yes....Benzos will relax your muscles. During withdrawal the opposite happens. Anxiety makes it worse. In time your muscles will relax, but in the meantime try relaxation therapy.
