Does Food sensitivity ever go away?

Has anyone ever come across a success story where the individual had severe food sensitivities that went away? I'm so sensitive to EVERYTHING to the point of being horribly scared to eat anything without symptoms revving up and disabling me the entire day.

I think most us go through that. I’m 7 months off and last night I had tomato and it completely jacked up my symptoms. I then did some research and found that tomatoes are super high in glutamate. So… no more tomatoes for me. For me anyway I don’t talk so much about food sensitivities because even though it sucks it’s so minor compared to my absolute horrid insomnia.

Yep I know of people who got better in that area. Mine are slowly getting better. Cross fingers that digestion gets better too.
