Fear of being really sick

Because of these symptoms,  like exhaustion,  pain,  stiff body,  back pain,  mentally depression etc..my mind often tells me i might be really sick. I know fear is a huge thing here but,  did anyone get to a point where this got less?

Yes, I feel less frightened of being really sick these days. My body is still going absolutely haywire on some days (like today) but I have now accepted it's just the injury from the meds.  I've been checked up, down, left, right, inside and outside for years and nothing serious shows up.  I don't like the way I feel but now I can just tell myself, "yep, your body is still trying to right some wrongs".
