Pain in the muscles after eating, no idea..scary

Pain in the muscles after exercise that feels like sticks.

Back pain that effects the ribs feels like I'm made of wood

Major tiredness , to the point where it feels I'm not even there, anxiety that never seems to be gone, spinal instability, just feel like I have no stomach or my body is too weak, have been working and it's hard to stay there as my brain says to run the whole time.
